1st shift · Mon–Fri

Pick, pack, scan. Standing, repetitive, climate-controlled. Conversion talk at 480 hours if attendance is clean.

Days · on site by 6:30

Small outbound team. Carrier pickups by 3. You have done the floor, not only supervised it from an office you never left.

Morning board · Mon–Fri

Box trucks inside the basin. Bilingual is the job, not a plus. Calm on the radio when the board is not.

Days · 6:00 gate

Cleanup and material movement behind a lead. Boots, long pants, your own ride. This is not a journeyman title.

Interior punch · days

Interior punch. You own a basic bag. The GC runs the site. We will not inflate the title to fill the call.

Office days · hybrid rare

Front of a multi-site operation. Phones, vendors, the calendar, and a calm voice when the warehouse is not calm. Bilingual is required.

Rooms · weekends exist

A board of attendants and inspections. The hotel is the client. We are the employer of record until a conversion is real.

1st shift · standing

Light assembly, a work order you can read, safety glasses, and a drug screen before day one. We say that before you drive over.
